He represents the clients assuming both the defense and the prosecution in criminal proceedings before courts in all instances.

In the same way, he is specialized in Corporate Criminal Compliance, providing advice on regulatory compliance and assisting in the design and implementation of corporate compliance programs in companies, foundations and associations of different sectors.

Although in recent years he has predominantly focused his activity in the criminal field, since the beginning of his professional career he has combined criminal procedural practice with civil and commercial jurisdiction.

His heterogeneous experience, together with his deep knowledge of Compliance, gives him a transversal profile that allows him to obtain a global vision of business law, and of the legal issues that arise in the field of individuals and legal entities. In addition, he combines his professional practice with teaching, providing specialized training in criminal law and compliance in academic institutions and prestigious legal forums.
