Jessica Fuentes Roig

Jessica specializes in Tax Law, providing tax advice to all types of companies, legal entities, and individuals.

Her work is focuses on direct and indirect taxes such as Personal Income Tax, Non-Resident Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and Value Added Tax.

She also advises clients in the different procedures of ordinary trade activity, as well as in specialized legal transactions. In addition, she participates in general tax planning at the corporate level, in restructuring operations, due diligence processes, and in tax planning in matters of inheritance and family businesses.
