Nuria’s career revolves around family and inheritance law. She has a great deal of experience in this field, resolving family conflicts not just within Spanish law but also in international contexts. She has negotiated and drawn up agreements regulating separation and divorce. She has acted as legal adviser in litigation cases arising from separation and divorce, the execution of Spanish and international rulings, the division of property, marital settlements, custody and parental responsibility, and cases regarding personal capacity.
She also works in the firm’s Inheritance Department, directing and managing contractual and testate inheritance, inheritance acceptances, declarations of heirs ab intestato, and the notarising of holographic wills and codicils. She has also been the legal adviser in a variety of litigation proceedings related to the recognition of inheritance rights (cuarta falcídia, trebeliánica, etc.), legal heirs, estate division, executor responsibility and in general, all matters connected to the right to inherit.
