Pablo Lázaro Ardila

Pablo has more than 25 years of verified experience in tax consulting, both to companies and individuals, nationally and internationally.

In his regular practice, he frequently works in matters relating to tax planning (inheritance, estate and family business planning), corporate restructuring processes, and mergers and acquisitions (due diligence and tax planning of corporate divestments).

He also has considerable expertise in transfer pricing, tax consolidation, special tax regimes, and non-residents tax law.

TEACHING AND PUBLICATIONS

  • Professor of Tax Law and International Taxation in the Financial Management Postgraduate course at the Institut d’Educació Contínua of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra-Barcelona School of Management. From 2012 to 2020.
  • Co-author of the publication Comentarios al Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas y al Impuesto sobre la Renta de No Residentes (Comments on Income Tax of Individuals and Income Tax of Non-Residents). Published by Aranzadi Editorial in 2000.
  • Co-author of the Manual Jurídico de la Empresa (The Legal Manual of Corporations). Published by Aranzadi Editorial in 2000.
