Xavier Mier Giralt

Specialist in employment advice, collective bargaining, senior management issues, workforce restructuring and labour litigation, representing several national and international companies in different business sectors such as technology, media, energy, hospitality, retail and distribution.

He has been recognized as an outstanding Labor Lawyer by the prestigious international directory Chambers & Partners in 2019.

TEACHING AND PUBLICATIONS

With regard to his teaching activities, Xavier taught in ISDE LAW BUSINESS SCHOOL and in the Barcelona Bar Association since 2015 in the following courses:
